Super Eagles: Meet The Talented Winger Who Is Prepared To Replace Victor Moses

Samuel Kalu
Samuel Kalu has vowed to 'give everything to the Super Eagles' ahead of a potential debut against Seychelles in Saturday's African Cup of Nations qualifying tie.
Alongside Rotherham United defender Semi Ajayi, SC Paderborn left-back Jamilu Collins and Arsenal loanee Kelechi Nwakali, the 21-year-old is one of the four new players invited by Gernot Rohr for Saturday's encounter at Stade Linite.
And the winger is keen to soar with the Super Eagles over the Pirates. He is expected to take the place of Chelsea's wingback, Victor Moses who retired from international duty to focus on his club football career.
Kalu, who completed a switch to French outfit Bordeaux this summer, in an interview posted on team official Twitter page, said: “I’m prepared to give everything to the Super Eagles.
"It’s my first call-up and I want to make the country proud. I’m expecting us to win the game and nothing more.
"It’s an important game that we cannot afford to lose. We have to work hard and do whatever we can to win the game,” he concluded.
After a poor start, losing 2-0 to South Africa in Uyo, Nigeria are placed third in Group E and will go all out for a victory against Gavin Jeanne’s men in Victoria on Saturday.
