OMG! Read Shocking Details Of How People Are Getting Scammed Everyday In This Popular Area In Lagos (This Will Leave You Speechless…)

The picture above is idumota and this is one of the many scams in Lagos.
One of the men in green will approach you saying this is a “free game, promo or bonanza” where you are given a card to mark seven random numbers out of 100. It is in your own best interest to walk away or you will be f****!
Once your attention has been gotten and you mark the 7 Numbers, you will be told you have won an item, usually a TV, Home theater, Standing fan or Stove in that blue bus in the picture above.
When you agree to this, you will be told to pay a token of N500 (registration fee) to claim the price, with which you will be given another option to either get the money the item’s worth or the item itself.
For example, if you are told you have won a standing fan, you will pay 10k extra to get the standing fan worth 25k.
Once the money’s given, you will be told you just lost and will  be given a stove instead after paying. Imagine, a stove for 10k ??!! 🤨
Realizing you have just been scammed and want to make a scene, a mob of area boys would come onto you and say, you just lost a gamble and wouldn’t hesitate to beat you up if you refuse to leave.
These people are said to be untouchable as thepolice in that axis are fully aware of what they are doing and get their own share also, from this “sham”. (They tok say dem dey use juju sef!)
Nigeria Police Have Failed To Do Anything About This Mess
Everyone familiar with this “free game” can’t tell of this illicit venture, out of fear of being beaten or getting into trouble with the “police associates”.
In the earlier picture above, the man in shirt is the boss and the guy standing next to him is the “agbero” in charge of people to beat you up if you refuse to leave, the boys can be seen in the picture too. The woman in the picture is another victim, about to be scammed!
These syndicate have people acting like they won, claiming prices to convince those in doubts, knowing fully well when you see such, some level of trust or assurance is given.
They tell you it’s a free game, when you are scammed, they tell you it’s a gamble, lol..
Nothing is free in Lagos…
The bad news is, they do this everyday with people falling prey, I paid to know this, learn and tell people for free.
